Undifferentiated Spindle Cell Carcinoma of Gallbladder presenting as Gallbladder perforation- A Case Report

Gallbladder carcinoma is an aggressively malignant disease carrying extremely poor prognosis. Undifferentiated spindle cell carcinoma, the rarest of all gallbladder cancers also has same Patients usually have no specific or vague presenting symptoms, thus, in such scenario presentation with late-stage often common. We herein reported a case 63-year-old male who presented short history abdominal pain and fever. Our was different as his radiologic investigations were suggestive cholecystitis cholelithiasis for which cholecystectomy done but it later diagnosed to be SpCC.
